Looking for info on Marina Village at Snug Harbor

Has anyone been to Marina Village at Snug Harbor on Ft. Myers Beach recently? I had placed a request first for several locations, but this wasn't on the list and II confirmed me into it. Just wondering about the quality, area, etc. The photos of the units I've seen look dated, but someone said some updates were underway. I've only been to Ft. Myers Beach once before, years ago.
