If my Brother adds my name to his developer purchased deed/contract. Can I use those points towards VIP status?? I am not that far from Gold and looking at options. Thanks!!

I'm not a genius but wouldn't your points still be under your membership number and his under his membership number? Even if you are added to his membership your old points would still be under yours.

Transfers between immediate family members retains developer status. He may have to transfer his ownership to you or vice versa. Or transfer both memberships to a single revocable trust shared between the two of you.

It's worth asking Wyndham.

Thanks Chris, that's what I was looking for.

"Transfers to" does not mean the original owner must be taken off the deed. But in the end, all contracts must be under one member number with a common name.

My recommendation would be to merge everything under your member number since you already have VIP status.

No but with Tribute option, combining the two into a single account might work.
