Would anyone be able to tell me what dates the individual seasons are at Harborside? Also, if anyone has a list of developer pricing for the various units/seasons and/or the maintenance fees, that would be greatly appreciated as well. Thanks in advance!

Hi pfrass - if you look at the Owner Resorces sticky at the top of the page, you will find a link to the Staroptions chart which has the seasons info.
There is a maintenance fees thread this is either on the first page or second page of this board with the current MF info.
I am not sure if anyone has all the current Harborside developer prices, but you can find some info. by using the search function and searching for Harborside.

weeks 1-17 and 50-52 are plat
weeks 18-34,47-49 are gold
weeks 36-46 are silver
mf"s are 1br deluxe $1200.54
1 br premium $1287.44
2 br l/o $2323.53
i do not have the latest prices from the developer.
are you thinking of purchasing there? there is a 3br on ebay that is still pretty low.

We are only a family of three, so a 3 BR is probably superfluous. A 2BR L/O would seem ideal, since if we just went ourselves, we could rent the L/O.

there is a resort fee that went up in 2007 because of the new addition to the atlantis,hurricane insurance keeps going up and then your normal running expenses. the biggest jump was in 2007. that was a shock.
