Looking for a Massanutten 4br peak season to buy

Where is the best place to find one? I’m looking for weeks 26-31,52. I’ve looked on redweek, buyatimeshare, eBay, and have been googling resale sites and don’t see any of the peak season ones. Any advice?

TUG members often mention that "for sale listings" generally increase after summer use and as next years MF due date of Jan approaches

SMTN has more listings than anywhere else. They also have other websites / other names that repeat the same listings.
Some seem to be old & dated when you view the MF listed info.

They come up once in a while on ebay, just keep looking and might need to wait a bit. If you look at the sales history, there may be one or two every month.

There is a week 26 Woodstone at Massanutten newly listed on ebay that looks to fit your criteria

We have a 4br unit at The Summit we are interested in turning loose. It is a float week, Red season, Bi-Yearly (odd). The reservation for next year (2023) has not been made yet, so you could choose your week. The 4br is actually 2 x 2br lock-off units (downstairs & upstairs) with a common entryway.

You are not going to have a hard time finding one if you are not in a big rush. Or unless you are looking for one enrolled in RCI Points ... they are more scarce and valuable.
