This probably seems like a simple question, but I haven't found a straight-up answer:

I've read about trading within the Wyndham system, and preferential treatment in RCI for Wyndham owners. But when I go to www.wyndhamvacationresorts.com, it asks for an Owner Login. When trying to register on the site to create that login, it wants both a Member Number and a Contract Number. Apparently I don't have those numbers.

I own floating weeks at two resorts that use Wyndham as the first word of their name. Both resorts appear in the list of resorts on the Wyndham site. Mauna Loa Village is an Affiliated Resort, and Kauai Beach Villas is a Fairshare Plus Resort.

Am I missing something here? Am I excluded from using this website? What's the true story?

Thanks,
Dave

The site you are looking is for their point program. I believe both of your deeds are still in week program. Now it probably will require a developer purchase to convert one of them, so very unlikely it worth the conversion.

The good part is, you can go to eBay, and pick their points close to nothing. Then you can use it.

You can not put your week into their point program if you don't purchase from retail, and I am not sure, but I believe if you purchase retail, they actually will mess you up by either take your week, or treat it wrong. So not worth it.

You can use RCI to do exchange, but I probably will use TPI or other exchange company.

Thank you! It was the points part that wasn't clear to me. Since I own weeks, not points, that explains why I don't have those contract numbers. I won't waste my time further with that site.
