Lock Off Paris for Playa

We have a 3 bed lock off at MVC Paris and have given it to II with a requested to stay at Playa (Spain) in September next year. We already own in Playa (2 weeks 2 Bed) and are hoping to book our home resort for a 2 weeks in a 2 bedroom and use Paris as a request making a total of 4 weeks. II have offered us a studio at Playa which I have declined hoping for a 2 bedroom to become available over the next 12 months.

Do you think I will get a 2 bed for a studio at Paris and just hold out, given I have already been offered a studio within a month of the request or should I accept the next studio at Playa and ask the people at Playa to sort me in the same 2 bedroom for the full 4 weeks.

Appreciate this is more a question for European owners but this is the first time we have looked to use a lock off.

I don't know about the specific combination you are looking for, but we have regularly exchanged our Playa Andaluza and Grand Chateau studios for 2 bed units with other MVC resorts including into Europe at Club Son Antem, as well as at Phuket Beach Club.
These resorts, as you will know though, have nothing smaller than 2 bed units so that probably made it easier for us.
