Hard to believe it's been almost a year since I was there. A week from this Sat. I will again be at my favorite place.

We were there last Christmas and LOVED it. Especially enjoyed the slower pace on that side of Florida. Enjoyed walking in the park nearby, and the wonderful restaurant really close.

I'm in the process of buying at Calini Beach Club. Do these Cunningham resorts do internal trades? Not that I am going to trade my week anytime soon, want to go to Calini ourselves. Been there on an exchange and loved it!

I own at Longboat Bay Club and around 2 years ago received a post card from them hinting at a possible internal exchange system in the future but nothing ever came of it. I would definitely use it if they ever offered it.

We own Little Gull and Long Boat Bay Club. We wanted an extra week at Little Gull and the Office helped us get a week through RCI. To start RCI didn't want to let us have the exchange. We know other owners that have worked on using Little Gull weeks to go to Calini.

I had an RCI exchange into Little Gull Cottages for last year, Christmas week.

I hope it was Mike & Edie who got the week.

It absolutely killed me to cancel the stay. Doug's parents are becoming increasingly frail (93 & 95) and we can't be away for too long. We already had reservations down at HSH for the end of the following January.

VRI has internal exchanges, for owners. I traded my Holly Tree for FT Lauderdale Beach club. Had to pay an upgrade fee though because I got a 2 bedroom using a studio.

We have owned at Calini since 1985. There is no internal exchange. We just use Calini for trading now that we own a condo near Turtle Beach on south end of Siesta. Retired to the area where we loved to vacation!

We stayed at Siesta Sands on a trade, then Calini on a trade the following year. Same area, except Calini had 2 bedroom. We are purchasing a resale at Calini first use next year. Looking forward to having our own place there.
