Does anyone know of a website that lists resorts and their current maintenance fees?

It would be a big list... I know :). But it would be helpful to have on hand for a timeshare buyer like me.

Thanks for your help.

The folks on the wyndham owners forum maintain a list for Wyndham properties.

But dont be seduced by the lure of low mf I know timeshares are not perfect, but most times you get what you pay for

If mf is too low, I want to know why...is it poor maintenance or underfunded reserves? Can I expect a "catch up" special assessment soon?

My advice is to focus on the vacation experience you want for your family, Find the resorts or family of resorts that can provide it and then compare their budgets and management to narrow the search to a favored few

I think I may have said this to you in another post, but if the cheapest vacation experience is the best vacation experience, then I would bypass the need to pay mf altogether..Join RCI and just do the last call vacations
