Is there a list of timeshare properties that have neighboring hotel privileges? For example: the Lakeshore Reserve has Ritz Carlton Pool access. I

've tried searching but I'm not sure if I'm not coming up with the right search term, or if there just isn't that list.

Thank you for any help!

Additional to these, Internationally we have enjoyed all of them

In Europe

In Asia

Marriott Phuket Beach Club has access to JW Marriott Phuket Resort & Spa

Marriott Khao Lak Beach Resort has access to JW Marriott Khao Lak Resort & Spa

Marriott Bali Nusa Dua Terrace has access to Renaissance Bali Nusa Dua Resort

Marriott Bali Nusa Dua Gardens has access to Courtyard by Marriott Bali Nusa Dua Resort

When staying at Canyon Villas in Phoenix, you still get access to the excellent pools and lazy river at the JW Marriott Desert Ridge accross the street. But not on most weekends (Fri & Sat), holidays, or other dates that the JW has blacked out.

In years gone by, you also got restaurant charging privileges, free valet parking, shuttle bus service, and owner discounts at certain of the establishments there. But not anymore.

At the Doral you can use some of the hotel services at the Trump golf resort next door.
You used to be able to use the pool but they nixed that this year.
You can still use their spa and restaurants.

But can't anyone from the general public dine at the restaurants and book spa appointments?

Probably. I'm not sure.
But it's the same at most of the Marriott hotels if your willing to pay the $50 parking fees.
At least the parking is free at the Trump.

The Doral does have a deal with a free beach day at the Stanton on South Beach that is
totally free for Doral guests including parking and a beach day.
I didn't take advantage of it because I don't care for South beach but I'm sure people
did. It's not adjacent to the hotel, you gotta drive 15 miles to the beach to use it but
I guess for tourists to Miami they'd enjoy a day in South Beach.

When we stay at the timeshare portion of the Westin Riverfront Mountain Villas in Avon, the pool and fitness facilities are actually part of the hotel. We also have charging privileges at the bar and restaurants.

How does this typically work? For example, does a Marriott Lakeshore Reserve key card automatically work to open the gate at the Ritz-Carlton Grande Lakes pool, or do you have to go to the RC's guest services to get access?

I think it varies by resort and hotel. I don't specifically remember how it worked at Lakeshore Reserve. In other cases I seem to recall just being able to walk through an unlocked or unkeyed gate. Never had a need to go to the front desk of the hotel for access.

No such thing as typical as the affiliation agreement is between the local resort owners, who are not Marriott International, and the local MVC HoA, as opposed to being between MI and MVW.

Each resorts have different value propositions to offer, and different guest/owner groups to cater to, and different objectives from the arrangement.

That's a great resource. I'm checking in Canyon Villas tomorrow for a 3-night stay. We're playing both of the Wildfire golf courses and attending Dodgers vs. Diamondbacks for two nights.
