An easier way would be to go to the historical chart of Marriott maintenance fees, most easily accessed through the FAQs for this Marriott forum (see the sticky at the top of the list of topics for this forum). The configurations for all resorts (3, 2 and 1 BR, lockouts, etc.) are shown.

I had an opportunity to tour the 3 bedroom at Grand Chateau this month. It is over 2,000 square feet -- close to the average sized US home! It's really a suite with a common entrance foyer and separate entracnes off that. The one bedroom lock-off is to one side and the two bedroom master straight ahead. It was very impressive and the decor just stunning. A very nicely executed concept.
