Our Lindo Mar Resort is not only a True Ocean Front RCI Gold Crown Rated resort in Puerto Vallarta Mexico but a true ocean front unit. [deleted] All of the 47 Condo units are ALL OCEAN FRONT units with Balconies (except for the first floor units that have patios)and Fully equipped kitchens. Our Condo units also have Air conditioning , Telephone, Cable TV, in unit safe. You can have Daily Maid Service and room service.

You only have to walk about 100 or 150 feet out of our building and you can be snorkeling right in front of our resort if you want to.
Our resort is located on the south side of Puerto Vallarta in the so called romantic zone. There is so much to see and do with in a 10 to 20 minute low cost cab ride of our resort.
This is a Unlimited Time Perpetual Club Membership Property ownership that is well managed by Trading Places International, a well respected US based company who has been in the resort management business for over 30 years.

Important Please Note, that our Gold Crown Rated resort Ocean Front condo IS NOT a Mandatory all inclusive resort were you may be forced to pay a EXTRA Mandatory $200 to $400 PER DAY for a family of 4 meal plan.
Those type of Mandatory all inclusive meal plans may not be of the quality and type of foods that you prefer to eat for a preset expense that you can do nothing about if you do not like the food.
There are FREE computers to use at our resort and only about a $20 a week charge ( as of 3 years ago) for the optional wireless Internet service available (depending a course on the current exchange rate) for your laptop computer.
Only because of health issues we have for rent Available for rent for Saturday January 30, 2016 to Saturday February 6, 2016 (7 FULL NIGHTS) is our roomy (about) 1,000 Square Foot 'Standard' 2 bedroom 2 bathroom Ocean Front unit number 101 on the first floor. Please note that there only 6 of these type of 2 bedroom 2 bathroom units at our resort. For rent NOW WITH LAST MINUTE DISCOUNT only $699 for the full week. for this sleep 6 condo unit that has earned RCI's highest rating of a Gold Crown resort.

Our main Reason for selling is that I am 72 years old and have a few health concerns and I have started on dialysis 3 times a week among other issues and I am going to cut back from owning and doing rentals and use most of the time needed for those rental to have more Free time to enjoy our home on our Eagle Lake in Racine County, Wisconsin.
If you download WWW dot Skype on to your computer you can call to the US mainland for about only ONLY 3 about 3cents per minute using Skype. All you need is to start out is to BUY ONLY $10 worth of Skype Time which will give you over 400 minutes for only $10.US. We have found that Skype is a far better value that the local phone cards that say you are getting 45 minutes for $10, but really only get about 12 minutes for your $10.

After talking to some of the other owners of these 'Standard' 2 bedroom 2 bathroom units it seems that most owners have bought to use their units and those are not available for exchange or for rentals.. We are estimating there may be on average a total of only two to three of these types of 2 bedroom 2 bathroom available as rentals per week during the high demand winter and spring times.

Our ownership rental weeks run from Saturday to Saturday. Check in is at 4:00 PM and Check out is at 11:00 AM.
IMPORTANT PLEASE NOTE, in order to try to be fair to all interested potential interested renters the first prospective tenant to send the landlord a check with payment, will secure the unit, and other later arriving checks will be returned. The EARLIEST POSTMARK gets our unit if two checks arrive for the same reservation date booked.
