Hello everyone,
My parents bought into Limitless Vacation and now want out. They purchased it on 7/29, so about 2 days ago. I’ve been doing my research, and I understand that we should mail in our rescind letter before the 5 day time period is up.

Does anyone have the address of where to mail it to? Should we include the receipt of purchase so we can prove we sent the mail before the deadline?

My parents also opened a card with RCI to pay for part of the fees ($3500). Does anyone have any advice on how to dispute those charges and close the account?

Thank you so much for your help!

The address and all instructions on how to rescind should be in their contract. There is no need to dispute the charge with the credit card unless things drag out. They just need to wait for the refund to be applied to the card and, if they wish, they can cancel the credit card at that time. I beleive the RCI credit card is administered by Barclays Bank.
