Grande Ocean Platinum, 3 x Grand Chateau 3 Bedroom (annual, EOY Odd, EOY Even).,
I have never seen this before and I have 2 one bedrooms every year trading to 2 bedrooms. One trade is from my corporate account and one is from my regular account. The pictures below are from my regular account. On the Surfwatch, a 1 bedroom to 3 bedroom fee is waived.

When I did an actual trade via trade request from my corporate account going from a 1 bedroom to 2, the was discounted and not waived which is what I expected. Again, I have never seen the fee waived. Is the fee waived a feature of platinum on a regular account? Is it a new benefit only am instant exchange? Thoughts Please.
