Length of time to get my trade??

Hi everyone. I have in requests for next July/August 2025 (put in more than a year out) for Marriott Marbella Spain and KoOlina in Oahu. Whichever comes first we’ll go - Spain or Hawaii. lol. Definitely looking for some beach time. Any insight when I should hear and how difficult it may be to get these resorts? I’d be trading a Platinum 1BD week at Grande Vista. Thanks for your help! I’m hearing it may be difficult to get a 1BD or 2BD in the summer in either Marbella or KoOlina - has anyone had this success? Maybe I’m just being impatient since I haven’t heard anything yet.

Your request is for peak season in Spain, so there may not be a lot of deposits, but having a request in, using an MVC week will give you a decent chance.
I find that many exchanges for Europe don't come through until late Jan or Feb so if you don't get a match within the next month, it may be a while further to wait. ...or it could turn up any second
