Legit rentals companies

Are there any legit rental companies that anyone has used. It’s just become to much work to use red week and list for my husband. We would be willing to pay a percentage to a broker if this exists. We do not and will not ever pay anyone up front. We have a few years where travel is going to be lessened due to family weddings ect.

You could try listing on go-koala. They only charge the owner a percentage of the rental price as a commission. No fee upfront. TUG has free listings if you are a member (only $15). Redweek perhaps still has the biggest potential to get you a renter though.

I was very happy with Redweek’s Full Service listing service when I had to rent out the week that ‘came with’ my KBC purchase. No effort on my part beyond picking a reasonable price and then filling out MVC’s form.

I've had bad luck with non-communicative brokers on Redweek. It seems like they don't want the sale sometimes.

Working directly with owners has been much better.

They are legit. Many Tuggers have used them in the past.
