What would that be worth?
Dave - I'm not trying to double post - just don't want what happened to me to get lost down on the other post.

It's worth what you are willing to pay. Since you weren't willing to pay $3800 it may only be worth the $1900 that you were intending to bid. Someone else saw it as worth $3700 though. I don't know if it is worth that much. I wouldn't pay it, but I am not looking at buying Plat weeks anywhere.

You might be able to relist on TUG it and sell it for what you paid. Remember there are usually high closing costs with E-Bay sales, so you have to take those in to account also.

I though $3800 was too high given that a year ago there were sales in the low $4Ks and with the price drops since I wouldnt pay that much.

Ellen,
If you plan to use the MLE unit as a trading timeshare, you may be surprised on how well it does trade. The summer weeks at MLE are 150 on II's travel index chart. I traded my MLE week 26 for a 2BR week 27 at Ko Olina VERY EASILY. I received my July 4th check-in confirmation on July 16th, almost a full year out.

Terry

P.S. - When the new Marriott Lakeshore project in Orlando was announced, Marriott offered me OVER 60% of the current MLE retail price as a trade-in to be used as an upgrade.
