I think you had a slight typo -- it would be 11,000 Honors points, not 1100.
440 bonus points would be $44 towards your maintenance fees. I have seen that some people value Honors points at $0.005/point which would value them at $55 for 11,000 points, but personally I think that valuation is a bit high. So for me, I see it as a wash either way. If you would use Honors points in the near future, I would tend to lean toward that.

Just got off the HGVC site. To convert the 440 bonus points to 11,000 HH points it still cost $108 which is about what they are worth. It looks like the $44 towards MF is the best return versus losing them.

Actually HHonors points are only worth about $0.004 - $0.006/point. Unless you plan on redeeming for Maldives or Tahiti/Bora Bora, then the rate goes up, but the vast majority average at about $0.005/point, which would be $55 if my math is correct.
Definitely better to use the $44 towards MF in this case, I think.
