Hello everyone, I am new to this. :wave: Looking to buy some more points through Wyndham and was curious as to if there was a list of the resorts with the least expensive maint. fees or if someone knows.

In the Wyndham Resort Owners Forum http://forums.atozed.com there is a spreadsheet posted that shows the maintenance fees for Wyndham Resorts from 1994 to 2008.

You must register as a member to access this forum. Once you have registered, it can be found in this subforum: Owner's Den....Fees Forum.....Maintenance Fees and Real Estate Tax. The MF's are current up to 2008, but most likely they have gone up for 2009. It's not an "official" Wyndham document, but it should give you an idea of the range in MF's for the Wyndham resorts.
