My $0.02 worth...
Does anyone know a lawyer in Florida that specializes in Timeshares. I need to retain a lawyer d/t my financial situation and I want someone who knows the ins and outs of timeshares.
I'm not sure it would be ethically appropriate (or within TUG rules, for that matter) to provide a specific name or a referral here.
Instead, my recommendation would be to contact any one (or several) of the many Florida based timeshare closing companies and just ask them outright who they utilize as an attorney for their timeshare legal matters. It would seem that any name so obtained would, by definition, be someone with a working familiarity with timeshares. Just a thought...
