Last minute rental question

I have a week 8 I just recieved an inquiry on, week starts Feb 25 Sat. Our resort SPM ts management offers a rental pool and I gave them the unit, a little over a week ago. If SPM has not booked it already is there time to get this done using Express Mail and asking for a Money Order as payment? Or would you just leave it as is with SPM management rental program where there is no guarantee either.
