The Summer Bay website has pictures of "owner units" and "rental units." Is this information current? Will I get a "rental unit" as an exchanger?

The unit available is a two bedroom 6/6 unit. Would that be Floorplan A?

The alternative for the dates I need would be the Grandview which is further from the Strip.

Thanks.

I thought Summer Bay sold that resort to Orange Lake/Holiday Inn Club Vacations.

I am almost positive you will get an owner unit. I have exchanged in twice and both times the room was excellent.

RCI exchanges should get "Owners Units" as they are an owners unit that was exchanged. and they want very much to retain their Gold Crown RCI rating the "rental units" are just that... if you rent nights through places like Orbitz, Hotel.com, Travelocity etc. you will most likely get a rental unit.
Both "A" and "B" floor plans would be 6/4 as there are 2 private bedrooms w/ king beds and then a Queensize sleeper sofa in the livingroom (not so much privacy!) Grandview is way south on the strip go for the Desert Club, it's very convenient! RT
