Hi there, in case this helps, HGVC (Hilton Grand Vacation Club) can be booked for 2 or more nights on Open Season (cash reservation for use by owners only, owner must be present to check in) and 3 night minimum if booked on points (can be booked for friends & family). I have a feeling Marriott might be the same.
