250,000 point lake Geneva deed was just listed on eBay if anyone is interested. Starting out around 3k. Not a bad deed. Wouldn’t really wanna pay more then 3k though. A little over 7 cents per point in Maintenace fees. Seller says $1801 for MF.

depends on how you use it. off season studio could be 4 weeks. 2 peak season 1 week

id say peak season 2 bedrooms range from 150,000-200,00 points per week. Heres an example of how you could stretch it with off season.

2 bedroom orange lake resort orlando in may one week = 96,000
2 bedroom smoky mountain gatlinburg in january for some skiing one week = 61,000
2 bedroom myrtle beach early june for a thur-sun = 90,000

And then if you can travel sun-thrusday mid week stays you could really stretch it

Sold for $11,819. Holy cow! I definitely sold my lake Geneva points too cheap earlier this year.

I'm surprised how high it went. The lady who purchased it reached out to me on Facebook after she won it, thinking i was bidding on it. Thats too rich for me. I bought 300k last fall for $1k
