Found a 1-BR Platinum Plus Week on eBay, which lists as 5-17, 24-35, 44-47, 51-52. We have been in this beautiful resort a couple of times, but isn't week 24-35 hot in Cancun and less desirable?

Thanks for your help.

It is hot but there is a breeze. For families with school age children the summer is sometimes the only time they can travel. If you aren't tied to a school calendar, I wouldn't go at that time.

I think they didn't want it to be like Harborside Atlantis where the summer is actually just as popular if not more popular than the traditional Feb-April warm beach spot high season. This way families who want the summer (and the higher SO's) need to buy platinum plus.

Thanks for the comment. That kind of makes sense as my daughter just told us that she doesn't want to miss school anymore and we can go there again only in school breaks.
