The only other time I reserved a unit here, I was notified just prior to checking in that our unit did not have a kitchen. I want to put it in the reservation ahead of time this next time, does anyone have an idea of which units have kitchens? Will be a 1BR unit i'm looking for.

If I can't get one there, I might try the other Wyndham location, but I prefer where La Belle is location compared to the other ones.

Pretty sure that LaBell has no full kitchens (no cook top or ovens). We have stayed in several units there and have seen only refrigerators, microwaves along with coffee makers and toasters.
Avenue Plaza has 2 burner cooktops, microwaves, refrigerators, coffee makers, and toasters (at least in the units we stayed in). YMMV.
Call resort to verify. Trolley runs from Avenue Plaza to French quarter (LaBell) and not expensive.

That's what I saw at Avenue Plaza as well. To me it seemed like Avenue Plaza was more equipped than La Belle. It also has cheaper parking, an outdoor pool and a decent rooftop area where you can see the garden district. I think the only reason La Belle is more points is because it's in the French Quarter. I personally like the Garden District more anyways.

We were in the 2 bedroom Presidential in February and it had a stove, refrigerator, microwave, etc. No idea why they call it a partial because we really weren't missing anything that I could think of.

La Belle Maison is in the Warehouse District, not the French Quarter. However, it's a short block and a half to Canal Street and the French Quarter is the other side of Canal.

No question the Garden District and the entertainment section of the French Quarter are like different planets. Much of the French Quarter is more subdued but without the elegance and stateliness of the Garden District.

The standard for kitchens in N.O. timeshare resorts is a cooktop with no oven.

La Belle Maison does have some units with kitchens. They are located on the lower floors due to NO ordinance. You might give the resort a call for better info.

Also, you should know that the newer resorts are almost always more points than the older resorts. That is because once the points are published in the directory, they don't change. LaBelle is a newer resort. Unless you are planning on baking, you should be fine with the kitchenette in the units.
