This story starts with a horrible experience at Wyndham Daytona and ends with a great stay at Bonnet Creek.
Because of Naomi at Member services, we were able to use our Customer Satisfaction points (refund from Daytona) even though we weren't supposed to and book a week at Bonnet Creek. Next that reservation involved a possible 2 moves but she assured us that Bonnet Creek was very good in keeping people in the same unit.
Of course when we arrived I was prepared for the news we would be moving and a fight. It never happened, the reseverations were combined into one, what a relief.
At at time when we don't hear much good about Wyndam it's nice to share when something goes well.
