I had an Accomodation Certificate expiring 10/31/06. I wanted to use this in an auction to raise money for a Boys and Girls Club of which i'm a board member. (The fundraising event is in May) I called II to ask if they could extend the cert so that I could obtain a week in Orlando in the December timeframe - I was referred to II's customer service department and they approved my request. Thank you II!

Customer focused

Recently my experience is that II is pretty customer focused (for the most part). Trading availability is governed by supply and demand, but whenever I've had issues they've been resolved (although not always on the first try) - even when they had to cancel a week they booked for me, they found me another resort another week that worked for me.

I agree, I see a HUGE difference in customer relations since I initially became a member in 2000.
