I recently purchased for a 2BR LO in Sheraton Vistana Resort (Cascades). I found the unit via the Bargain Basement classifieds on Tug. I am happy with what I paid - $650+MF+closing.

The transaction was fast and I highly recommend the folks I dealt with. There are quite a few posts on Tug about "bad transactions" so I figured I would provide info on who I would do business with again.

Natalia Parrish (Re/Max) was the listing agent. She was the one who replied when I sent an email from the classified. She was always on top of things. Communications was excellent via email and we basically completed the paperwork via email & scanning of documents.

For closing, we went through Timeshare Resale Closing Service (http://trcsinc.com ). The fee was $350 and they completed all of the paperwork quickly and the communications were via email and an account on their web site. I dealt with Karina and Marilyn.

Timeframe was Feb 18, 2012 (email acceptance of offer) to March21, 2012 (Starwood account setup and unit transferred).
