Does anybody have a current email for Rosario at the Krystal? The address I have for her doesn't work. Thanks

The last time we were at Krystal (2006), we didn't see Rosario. She was the best, and in our opinion, the resort has taken a true turn for the worse. Hope they didn't get rid of their biggest asset!:bawl:

The newsletter shows the following address for Rosario:
mr.medina@nh-hotels.com

The only person I have actually received a response from was:
Jose Luis Rodriguez jl.rodriguez@nh-hotels.com

At my request he charged my 2008 and 2009 MF to my credit card, but when I requested (a couple of times) to have the breakdown for each year--nothing.

When I get desparate, I usually send an Email to each of several addresses and hope one of them responds.

Please post the correct address if/when you reach them.

I used that same address you mention, but it comes back undeliverable.
I agree. I hope she hasn't left. Last year we found out that Carolina had left. She was Rosario's right hand "man". She left with apparrent bad feelings as no one knew where she had gone and wouldn't talk about the reason.

We went the year after they "upgraded" everyone for free and what a mess it was. We were put in our supposed "upgraded" bungalow that obviously had not been used in quite some time. The drapes were falling down, the refrigerator was out in the middle of the floor and the unit number on the outside was just written on a piece of paper and stuck to the light. We had no water for two days in the middle of our week and no air conditioning for the last three days of our week. We complained to no avail. We traded it the next year for an upgrade to another resort we own, and said good riddance!

Muriel had the right address

Reread the thread, the email address Muriel had is the same as the one I have. It should work. My last contact with Rosario was about 10 days ago via email.
