Does anyone have any contact information for the Marriott KoOlina? I'm looking for an email address or a phone number for the employee who takes care of room request.

Thanks.

I always call the front desk about one week in advance of arrival. That number is 808-679-4700. If you call any sooner than that, they usually say they don't have your info yet. Good luck.

Ko Olina Room Request

Our family is staying in a 2 bedroom at the Ko Olina during the week of May 12-19. We are staying in a 2 bedroom at the Marriott Maui during the week of May 5 - 12. I have no idea as to room requests. We exchanged our two weeks at the Marriott Aruba Ocean Club through Interval. Any suggestions would be appreciated. Thanks.

Vincenzi,
Check your II exchange confirmation. For some resorts, there may be a code for the room which will give you some idea what view you may be entitled to.

Room Requests

I exchanged both of my 2 bedroom units with an ocean view for both weeks in Hawaii (Marriott Aruba Ocean Club, plat. and gold). I looked at my exchange history on Interval. We have been assigned to Unit ZZAB for the first week at the Marriott Maui. We have been assigned to Unit ZZAC the second week at the Marriott Ko Olina. I don't think they have an ocean view. Am I expecting too much to make a request or should I just be thankful that I got the resorts back to back for the two weeks? (May 5 - 19).

It never hurts to make a request. I always let them know I'm a Marriott owner at other resorts.

Good luck! You received great exchanges! :)
