I just traded into the Kona coast resort II July 15-22. I have friends who are staying at the Hilton in waikoloa for a few days during that time. Can anyone tell me how long the drive is to Waikoloa from the Kona coast resort?
Hi I think you will find you usually take 40-45 minutes driving between Kona Coast and Waikoloa. The portion of the trip between Kona Coast and the airport will have more traffic than the portion between Waikoloa and the airport. If possible, avoid going Waikoloa to Kona between 2:30PM and 6:00 PM as that will be the worst traffic. You will enjoy time spent in both areas and the drive isn't that bad. Don
Adds a little mileage and may or may not save time depending on the traffic ratio between the two routes... But it is a nice drive in either case.
You do mean 190 (Hawaii Belt Road) to Waikoloa Road to 19 I assume...
