Kona Hawaiian Village and Sheraton Vistana available $1each!

We own two timeshares and would like to sell one. Currently, we own odd-year usage at the Kona Hawaiian Village and even-year usage at the Sheraton Vistana in Orlando. Both are 2bd/2ba (not lockoffs). Hawaii sleeps 6 and Florida sleeps 8.

It doesn't matter to us which one we sell so either are available.

Buyer to pay transfer/closing/etc.

Not sure if I'm forgetting anything so if you have any questions, please let me know.

People will want to know how much the annual dues are and if 2016 is already paid. They will want to know the resort transfer fees, too, since they are responsible for that part.

You sparked my interest but I do need more information. Is this a fixed week or points? If points, how much? What's your annual MF's? Is this a free and clear title?
