I have been looking at possibly booking a 3bd here for a family vacation next year. There is no availability through the end of November 2022. How is that even possible? Are there owners that are booking at the 13 month window?

We own two 2-BR Holiday season weeks (weeks 51-16) at KCR 2 and can book 24 months prior to checkin. I booked our December 2022 weeks in January of this year. I don't know how many 3-BR units they have, but yes, I can imagine it's possible that the owners already booked them. Or booked and haven't deposited to RCI yet - I'm not sure whether you're trying to book via Wyndham website or RCI. My parents bought these weeks from Shell, the developer, and we still own them outright, haven't converted to Wyndham points.

I DONT think there are many 3 BRs, and that is a previous Shell property, so anyone with rights in that group will have those units available to them first. So that could be a tough find. Might be better with a 2 and a 1 BR unit as a backup plan.

You might check with the resort to see if there are any 3 bedroom units. I don’t think there are any in phase 2 but maybe some in phase 1.

The resort pages does show 3 BR but I just have no idea how many they have. Likely far less than 2 BR units.
