Kona Coast II (1 bdrm/2 bath) Annual (Weeks 35-50)
Maintenance Fees and taxes for 2012 were $792.54
Buyer pays closing costs with any company you choose, as well as transfer fees, which I believe are $125. So, for around $250 -$300 it is yours.
Unit available starting in 2013.

Unit is not part of Shell Vacations although reservations are made through them. Week can be turned into 60,000 RCI points by using the points for deposit program if you have a RCI points account for $26.

This is suppose to be a reall nice resort. I wish we were in the market for a Hawaii timeshare! This sounds like a great deal!
