Help! We just received confirmation for a week in Ko Olina in January. Can anyone tell me what the limited kitchen includes in the studio portion. It's just the two of us, but we would like to do some very basic meal prep. Thanks for your anticipated replies! You gotta love TUG!!!

There is a microwave with a little hotel size refrigerator. There is a little sink to wash your dishes and utensils. It is a kitchenette and not a full kitchen. Size is perfect for some easy breakfast and microwave food but you will not be cooking dinner. Hope this helps.

Don't forget the grills downstairs!

We did this for a week in 2010 - grilled most nights and microwaved rice and veggies. They do have a coffee maker too. The refrigerator is a dorm size one - it's not the biggest kitchenette but functional.

Best,

Greg

an electric Rice Cooker

is available from Housekeeping and can serve as a pot -- to add veggies to soups, boil eggs, cook pasta, etc.

Just so you are not surprised, the studios at Ko Olina Beach Club are small and feel very cramped.
