Hi, Marriott people! I'm a Starwood owner hoping/praying to exchange via II into Hawaii next summer at either the Starwood or Marriott properties. I need a room for 4 people (2 adults and will-be 13 and 10 year old kids). One of the room types that II lists for Ko Olina is an Efficiency. Does that room type have any type of kitchen? Even a microwave and small fridge would probably work for us. I can't find any info on it in the stickies or recent posts, and the room layouts aren't clear.

Thanks for your help!

The Ko'Olina efficiency has a small fridge, small sink, and a small microwave. It has a queen size bed and a sofa bed.

We stayed in one last year.We don't typically stay in our room much so it was fine for our needs. It was big enough for 3 adults (with one adult being a 17 year old) but there was not a lot of extra room.

If we went again with 3 we might hold out for a one bedroom, since we are getting spoiled by timeshares, and really missed having a bedroom separate from our son. Love him, but like our privacy. :)

Thanks! While that size isn't our first choice, it's nice to know we can probably make it work if we need to.

just to add---the Ko'Olina sleeper couch is a HUGE l-shaped thing. You could fit 3 adults in there, but as was said, you won't have room for a disco floor.
