Ko’olina bike riding

My father is very active but has neuropathy in his feet so walking for exercise is painful. He enjoys riding a bicycle around his neighborhood. From google maps, It doesn’t look like Ko’olina is very large, but I do see a few neighborhoods. Has anyone ever seen people riding bikes in Ko’olina? Are they banned from the beach path? If we took a walk down to the Four Seasons, would he be able to ride a bike there? He isn’t ready for a scooter and prefers the exercise of a bike so I am trying to find a way for him to join us on walks or at least not feel stuck in the condo when we go for exercise. If bike riding is possible, does anyone know of a place that would deliver? I found one place that wants $130 deliver fee.

He can ride all over KoOlina as there is a bike path on the main road. I do not think you can ride on the walkway in front of lagoons though.
