An ad from them is still up on the TUG Marketplace - for Stoneridge in Blanchard ID.
We've met a young couple here while we are at Schooner Landing in Newport OR - (they had rented and were interested in timesharing after hearing our story) who live in Spokane and were very interested therefore in SToneridge. When Samantha did not answer me after the first email info, I thought I might check out Liberty Consultations; thus, I'm on this thread. I trusted the ad since it was on TUG -I thought she was an individual TUG member- but we surely did not want to get a newbie timeshare person wrapped up in difficulties.

Just to update on my personal experiences with Kirk Marketing... My two transfer purchases with Kirk Marketing finally closed and closed successfully at the end of May. It did take a while but the delay was not an issue on their end but on the timeshare company's end (Bluegreen). John Kirk himself actually reached out to me at a couple of points and was very helpful. I would purchase from them again if they had a listing I was interested in, their pricing is obviously very competitive.

they provided refunds to the parties who were complaining and were permitted to post ads again.

ads should indicate brokers vs owners.

i am looking at a deed with them. it seems to me on the prospective buyer side they are not fraudulent but possibly incompetent and understaffed. however at some point in time it doesn't matter what their intentions are, if they can't execute.

This is all unfortunate. My guess is that they will be popping up again with yet another new name soon. Kirk Marketing started in 2019. Liberty Consultations stated in 2020. A new name coming in 2021?

Their website proudly states "veteran owned and operated" and includes the different branches of the military and an American Flag overlaid with "Ethics, Honesty, Professional". It should be a crime to use the Veteran angle to scam people.

I actually used Kirk marketing in Sept of 2015, when he first started. Used him because he was a vet. took only 3 months but I did have to stay on him. $475.00
