Has anyone been to Kingston Cove lately? Do they have internet in the homes? I'd appreciate any current news of KC. I've read the reviews, but the most recent was about a year ago. Thanks!

I owned there briefly, but haven't been there for over 2 years

There wasn't WIFI in the houses when we were there. I loved our stay there. I would never hesitate to stay there. The management company could answer your question about the WIFI. There was a problem with the unit not being what was listed when I bought and I wanted the specific unit that was listed, so I ended up getting a refund with the return of the unit, although they were willing to let me have the refund and keep the unit. Kingston Cove was in the process at that time (08/08) of preparing the unit that I thought I was buying for sale as full ownership (which about half the homes are at the resort) in order not to have to institute special assessments and institute higher maintenance fees. I wanted that specific unit and was not willing to keep an alternative unit because the maintenance fees are fairly high (though pretty consistent with other 3BRs on Hilton Head).
