They built 110 garage townhomes where the motel used to be between Sunday side and the Saturday side. Kingscreek sold the property in the back and somebody is building homes there too past the the non guarded gate

no Ryan built the homes at Wyndham Patriots Place and are sold out and are almost done not timeshares. no another company is building homes at KingsCreek not timeshares either no homes are out of the ground, yet I don't think they will be townhomes probably single family ones.

The Fact that there will be non timeshare homes after the gate in Kingscreek could be a problem with them using the pools of the resort and not being a part of for one. Parking is the main problem at Patriots Place and them trying to use the timeshare amenities.

maybe but Patriots Place doesn't have an agreement with Ryan homes there

The Ryan Homes that are in place of the long ago Knights Inn are right in the middle of two distinct areas of Patriots' Place in Williamsburg. I never understood why Wyndham didn't just by that lot and make it a real resort with lots of expected amenities similar to tha amenities at Wyndham Kingsgate Williamsburg (were they charge members/owners/exchangers/renters a $6/unit/night resort fee) and Wyndham Governors Green Williamsburg where they have amenities similar to Kingsgate but don't charge an extra fee. Patriots' Place has only a small outdoor pool which is heated and open all year and a big gas fireplce where they encourage you to buy their S'Mores Kits sold at the front desk.

The Ryan Homes development is already completely SOLD OUT, link below is satellite of in the building process, right in the middle of the Wyndham Patriots' Place Resort.

I doubt if they have too much problem with poaching pool use.

We spent 10 nights at Patriots Place in May in a unit on Royal Governors Court, immediately next to the townhouses that were still being constructed. Thankfully the hammering didnt start until 8am and they were finished by 6pm, even on Saturday. The townhomes right behind the clubhouse/pool were already finished and occupied and we did see a woman with 2 younger children walking from one of them down to the Patriots pool. We also witnessed many folks from the townhomes walking their dogs through the Patriots streets and a couple of them letting their dog relieve themselves on the sides of the roadways without picking up after them.

If we return to Patriots Place we will request a unit on Speakers Court at the front of the property.

looking at staying in 2BR Townes at KC (thurs check in) in December. Will construction activity be nearby? If so, noise issues? Obscuring views/scenery? I can also pick Colonies, VV or HIVC as alternatives. thanks, Elaine
