Key West Songwriter's Festival

We will be in Key West (1st time) next May. I was surfing around and found out there is a Songwriter's Festival that seems so far to always be the first week in May and that is when we will be there.
Anyone know anything about this festival? Sound's like fun to me. I guess we won't be short on entertainment that week.
We are sooo looking forward to this trip.
