Any recommendations on Key West Kayak Tours? My Daughter and Grandson want to do one when we are there next week? Also, how are Uber and Lyft in Key West?

5 or 6 years ago we took and enjoyed a kayak tour run by a small outfit operating on Stock Island (i.e., just before entering Key West itself) called Blue Planet Eco-Tours. I personally think that the mangroves and waters around Stock Island make for much more interesting kayaking than the open waters immediately around Key West itself. They offer several different options for tours, if I recall correctly.

I believe there is another kayak rental outfit (maybe more than one) within Key West, but consider my previous point on the operating waters and natural scenery.

I agree kayaking a little farther east than Key West would be better. Get more into the wild mangroves and shallow water, and away from the power boats.
