KBV reservation cancellation

We own 2 weeks at KBV and booked them both the same week this year to take my parents. Looks like my parents are not going to come so what are my options? The reservation starts June 23rd. I called KBV today but owner services are not in until tomorrow. Can I deposit withe RCI, rent, or change week for another time?

You have all the options you listed. Subject to availability, you would be able to select any other week as long is it is within your use year. Not all KBV weeks run from January 1st to the end of the year. If you decide to deposit for exchange, call owner services to see if they deposit a week for you or if they want you to use the week you already have. Might want to also look into Hawaii Timeshare Exchange.
Edit: forgot to tell you they will charge $25 to make a reservation change.

Also, if you deposit a June week into RCI now, you'd get squat for TPUs. Better to change your reservation to a week later in the year, and deposit that - beyond the nine month window. If you can't use your week, try to maximize your TPU before depositing.

Quilt Hawaii

Just some additional info.....those dates cover the time that Quilt Hawaii is happening at KBV. I tried to get a reservation there and could not, so I settled for a place in Kapaa. But it would be perfect for a quilter going to the event.
