KBV Maint fees?

Do any of you Kaui Beach Villa owners know when the maint fee bills go out? I am a new owner and I was not sure when to expect it. I also want to make sure I get one since I am not sure how long it takes to update their system.

I think they go out in January. Why not call them and ask what you want to know? They're pretty easy folks to work with.

I was just coming back to this thread to correct my post. They're DUE in January. I got my bill today, too. Still an awesome deal for the place.

I think it depends on when your "use year" starts. Our year starts March 1st and runs to the last day in February and our MF's have been due on March 1st in past years.
