Just snagged a KBC for Aug 22-29 in a studio.
DW and I deciding to head to Kauai for one week last minute.
II shows it as OVTG.
Never stayed here before, can anyone give me some insight on the OVTG.
Is this the studio with a murphy bed?

Thanks all

I assume this is an Interval trade. If so, it is the bedroom side of the unit, not the "parlor" side with the Murphy bed. I know this because Interval doesn't accept the parlor side as an exchange deposit.

It will be a typical Marriott studio -- more like a hotel room than a timeshare, but they will bring in some kitchen items if you ask. Some of the units have lanais (depends on which building).

Sorry; can't help on view codes.

Ok, thanks for the response. Yes, it was an interval trade with a non-Marriot (Worldmark), so very happy with the exchange, even if it is a studio.

Compare the code to the codes for KBC in the Marriott II Unit Codes thread. As previously stated, II doesn't accept the parlor type unit with the Murphy bed. Thus why it isn't on the II Unit Codes thread. You can either exchange in to a studio side of the 2BR or 1BR.

Looks like it's an Ocean View bedroom portion of a 2BR unit. which as stated above, is pretty much just a hotel room.
See: http://www.tugbbs.com/forums/showpost.php?p=1781885&postcount=232

The good news is, I remember reading somewhere that all Ocean View units have lanais in the bedroom/hotel room unit. Ocean Front units do not.

We got code OVOG when we traded our studio, which is the bedroom side of a 1BR (i.e. the non-parlor side). I'm hoping the Ocean View means a lanai. I really NEED my lanai!!
