Shanna, there are three unit types at KBV: 1br1ba, 1br2ba, and 2br2ba. They don't make a distinction in maintenance fees for the view type - so they're the same resort-wide based on unit size.
I can't speak for the other unit types, but for the 1br2ba, the 2012 mf was $1109.91. I'd guess the 1br1ba is maybe $100 lower, and the 2br2ba units were about $150 higher, more or less. Guessing.

Just saw elsewhere that the 2012 mf for a 1br1ba unit is $1,011.70.
