Kauai Marriott parking fee question

Does anyone know if the on-site parking fee of $14/day apply to owners at Kauai Marriott or not this year?

It didn't apply in 2010 when we were there, but with the way things are going I was wondering if it has changed for 2012 or not.

We were at KBC in October (II exchange) and there was no fee to park in the self-park lot. There was only a fee if you wanted valet parking.

Does the exchange fee apply for MVC members who exchange into KBC using a Marriott Week ?

I have never been charged for parking staying on my owner week or a Marriott exchanged week
