As we all try to make decisions and deal with COVID-19 domino effect, we are trying to decide if we should cancel our week in early April (9-16). Our main concern is the availability of supplies, food, etc. at stores. Anyone that has traveled there or plans to travel during these times, how are you approaching this dilemma? Thank you so much!! I am sorry for the questions but we are all navigating this unknown territory and Thank you again.

Left Kauai yesterday after 3 weeks. No panic, no face masks, no shortages, everything open including all tourist attractions, restaurants, etc.

The military facility down the pothole road on the west coast closed including their rustic cabins.

Things are changing by the minute. I would take a wait and see approach.

I just got word that a ski resort we live near decided to close TODAY. Two days ago they stated they would be closing on the 22nd - two weeks early. Airlines, etc are allowing cancellations without normal penalties. Please err on the side of caution... this is not normal times...

It was fantastic! Cheapest golf anywhere, gorgeous beaches, great resorts. Waimea canyon, sunset at Ke'e beach, happy hour wings at Kalapaki Joes .. i could go on and on.
