EL Dorado
We stayed at the El Dorado Royale last year. The resort was very nice. They were in the process of separating the resort into 2 parts one more upscale than the other. Try to stay in the casita suites section. It is worth the extra cost. Be careful if you choose to attend a sales presentation. It is very high pressure.

I've stayed at EDR 2 times. We are also owners in their travel program. It's the best resort I've ever stayed at. I wrote a review for it here and on Trip Advisor.
