I have and I have not had any issues with them. I received the contract right away and got the recorded deed within 2 weeks. I am still however waiting for Wyndham to put it into my account. They confirm they have the paperwork but they are "back logged".

What closing company do they use? And it takes just two week, doesn't it?

Karen,

How long did it take for this to get recorded in your Wyndham account. Just went thru a two year battle with Wyndham to get a deed recorded properly, so I know how difficult it can be to work with Wyndham.

And I have just bought a week from sellingtimeguys on e-bay and want to keep this on the fast track.

From your recent experience, any tips or advice you can provide me with?

the recorded deed only took less then a month to receive from Horry county - wyndham takes 3 weeks for them to scan the paperwork into their system before they can even start to process it - the it's 10 weeks for them to process the transaction so the entire deal takes 13 weeks!!! Way to difficult - but all of these issues are on Wyndham NOT the Ebay company they were VERY quick in getting me the recorded deed.

Good luck getting your week to close. Check out my thread here http://www.tugbbs.com/forums/showthread.php?t=77900.

I still have NOT gotten my deed. I still have not gotten the contract into the Marriott system. I hope you have better luck than I did. I've been waiting since July.
